I want to write an even better review in 2026 for Adam, Paige and the crew of CNY Compete Contracting than I originally wrote in 2025. Roofing is tricky business, especially in harsh Central and Northern NY winters. You see we had a severe problem over the winter following our installation in 2025. But I would still choose CNY Complete!!! The “Mark of Integrity” in any relationship is not that there will never be a problem but how it is handled when one arises. Adam, a Master Elite GAF Contractor is a man of integrity and honor. If you choose CNY Complete for your next job you will get far more than the assurance of quality backed by GAF the best in the business you will get Adam’s “WORD” that the job will be done right or he will fix the problem and it meant the world to us. We had a great experience with CNY Complete Contracting, from initial quote, to finalizing the contracting, scheduling, and the install/final product. Compared to some of the other quotes we got, the quote was fair, to-the-point, and was an overall good experience. The team finished our roof timely and did a great cleanup when they were finished. I highly recommend CNY complete contracting.

I had my roof fixed by CNY Complete back in May of 2025. I've only had one issue with the roof leaking, but once I called Adam came out to look at it and address it. They were very fast and efficient with fixing the roof. Adam explained every thing that was wrong and provided his recommendations. The process was quick and painless. He was also the best priced around, and when giving the pricing included the price of the plywood into it. Other companies kept the "decking price seperate" so I really would have no idea what the cost would be until it was finished

I hired CNY Complete to replace my roof in October 2023 and was very happy with them at the time. The roof came out beautifully and they were very prompt and professional. I hired them because they were the only roofing company I contacted to actually come out to my house and show me my specific roofing problems. So it's been incredibly disappointing and frustrating to have to report that a year later, I have two issues with my roof. I've texted, called and emailed for over two months and have gotten no response from them. If my warranty doesn’t cover the damage, I would understand and be open to working out a solution at a fair price. However, there is no reason to ignore me and let the issues worsen in the winter weather. They seem to do good work initially, but I cannot recommend them due to their poor communication and lack of follow through.

I was impressed with the professionalism and integrity of CNY Complete Contracting. The owner took a look at our roof for a potential repair. He quickly assessed the issue as something aesthetic and provided a fair and reasonable estimate if we wanted to address it. Not knowing much of anything about roofs, we could have been upsold on an expensive unnecessary repair if we reached out to the wrong company. Fortunately we found this company and will look to them for any needed exterior work in future.

Very unprofessional company. Harrasses other roofing companies during work, making obscene gestures to crews and foreman. Would not recommend a company that has nothing better to do with their time.

We have only rave reviews for the CNY Complete Contracting (CCC) company!! From the moment the owner Adam showed up to give us an estimate for our roofing project, to the hour his crew finished the clean-up of our property at the conclusion of the job, we were treated with the utmost respect and truthful professionalism!! Adam's Office Manager Paige, who is also his wife was easy to work with, and she returned calls promptly. Once our job was scheduled, Paige orchestrated the connection with another contractor who owns a gutter installation company... this allowed for the roofing crew to take down our old gutters as they completed the rebuild of our roof. And our gutter project was able to be done in the next two days following.Our ranch home, built in 1957, did not have any plywood under the existing shingles which were put on in 1999. CCC's workers showed up at 7:15 AM on a Monday morning, and immediately got their equipment set up and ready to go when Adam arrived at 7:45 AM. The dumpster was delivered around 9:00, and by late morning the old shingles and tar paper had been removed. All of the workers did an amazing job of first installing more than 100 sheets of roof decking, followed by weather-watch leak barriers & then the new shingles. The flashing around the chimney looks so much better that what we had before. Throughout the day, Adam was up on the roof working alongside all of his devoted crew members. They cleaned up our entire property, and were ready to go home just before 7:00 PM.The finished roof looks outstanding, and we highly recommend CCC for any roofing job!!!

Awesome experience with April and Adam from my researching about roofs (so patient with me and all my questions answered: met at their showroom too), to the quote, to the completed job...they out bid about 12 other roofing companies I researched as far as - reputation, up-frontness/honesty, superior roofing products (GAF -Hunter Green coloured Architectural design shingles, over white House/Garage/Shed), top level Master Installer Warrantee, communication, and especially price sold me on hiring "COMPLETE CONTRACTING LLC".Their 12 person job sight installation team (showed up at 07:30 both days: 12 hour 1st day, 6 hour 2nd day) was great too: professional, polite, efficient, worked well together, post cleanup great - 1996 built: 2,800 square feet (4 bedroom) house, sunroom with 4-skylights (replacements installed), attached 4 car garage roof almost as big as my house, and breezeway between house & garage, and did my 12' x12' shed's roof to match for free. I had leaks at two bathroom vents, also leaking where Sunroom roof meets house back wall, and all old skylights, and wood burning chimney. Also, old 3 tab shingles missing or broken off in various places. Big job!!!Took them 1.5 days (15-16 July 2025) to complete the job, albeit, the days were in the 90-degrees, so they needed adequate rest/hydration breaks too. Additionally, for a very reasonable price, I had the south side of my garage, and west side of the house's roofs completely covered with water/ice barrier - as added leak proof protection when Solar panels are installed in the future on those areas.I'm a retired US ARMY Chief Warrant Officer/Senior Helicopter Aviator, and Special Forces "Green Beret" A-Team Medic, Infantryman, paratrooper/Airborne, experienced and skilled at rating people's work - I'd give everyone involved in my roof project - "Commadation/Achievement Medals" if I could!I love my new modern, fantastic looking, high quality roof - and confidence/comfort that I'll be staying dry inside my place for many years to come now!Add this roofing project to COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION LLC's outstanding reputation record!I'm soooo happy, and proud of how beautiful my roofs look now! Thus, I'm getting a new siding quote from them...when you find an honest winning team like COMPLETE CONTRACTING LLC (April and Adam), place your bets people, can't lose - winner everytime!

Excellent job, supported through the entire process. One day it was done! Thorough and friendly service! I can’t rave enough about this business!!! Family owned too ❤️ we changed color of our new roof and the owner ensured everything was perfect and up to our standards! We shopped around a bit to find the best people to do the job and luckily we found them!! (With comparable/better pricing honestly). Confident in the roof we received and also they came earlier than anticipated because the weather cooperated !!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

This is a pre-repair review. Adam came out to my home and was extremely kind and professional. I deal with brain injury and I had a lot of questions and he was patient with me and answered all of them! It's a layered repair, so he had advised us on some extra diagnostic work that my spouse can do, to ensure a proper repair. He does do the diagnostic work but was trying to help us save some money in the long run.I look forward to reaching back out to them with what we found and how to proceed properly with the repair.Also when making my appointment I spoke to his wife Paige and she was also very patient and answered all my questions. Thanks to both Adam and Paige!

Adam and Paige were great to work with before, during, and after the huge 2+ day Victorian roof project. Their crew was top notch, skilled, and very professional. They were very reasonably priced and did not nickel and dime me for some minor extra things – they stuck to the quoted price. The place was spotless when they left. This has been my 4th or so project using them, and they are the best! I would recommend them each and every time.

I hired CNY Complete Contracting to install fascia and soffit for my home. Initially, their work seemed satisfactory, and I was pleased with the results. However, an issue arose shortly after the installation. Over the past two months, I have called their office multiple times, seeking a resolution. Despite being given specific dates and times for a follow-up visit, the company has repeatedly failed to show up as promised.The lack of follow-through and reliability is incredibly disappointing. I am still waiting for them to address the problem, and their unresponsiveness has been frustrating. While the initial work was good, their poor customer service and failure to honor commitments have left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend them based on this experience.EDIT: After posting this review, Adam and the crew came right out to fix the issue. I really appreciated them solving the problem, however I am still disappointed it took me going through this outlet for the issue to be resolved. I have updated my review from 2 stars to 3 stars.

From the beginning it was clear that CNY Complete Contracting LLC was the way to go for our roofing. “We Make Roofing Easy” is an understatement. Paige was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had in our roofing choice. We didn’t feel rushed to make any decisions and she made sure we had what we needed to make our choice when we were ready. Adam, what can I say, he knows his stuff and I can see his passion behind the work him and his crew do as we got to witness it first hand. Adam’s team took on a big job of roofing our home and detached garage and opted to get it done in the hottest of weather, no complaints. Adam made sure he was the first one at the job site and that his team was ready to go. The team worked their butts off, everyone doing their part seamlessly and did an amazing job. Roofing company put their signs all over the poles throughout town, and not only did they put it all over other people’s property including neighbors but they put it on my property that they put the bid on last year when I didn’t even use them… CLEARLY IT SAYS POSTED, CLEARLY YOU DIDN’T DO MY ROOF as the other competitors sign is still on my property. This is obnoxious and extremely unprofessional.Update: Company claims to have taken signs down when they have not… clearly lying as their signs are still plastered everywhere on neighbors property.

Paige, and Adam were excellent to work with. Paige had Adam come right over when I said roof was leaking. I had called several others on a list, who either never responded, to my voice mails, or responded days later. Most importantly, Adam was very knowledgeable, and after spotting the stains on my second floor ceiling, knew exactly what had caused it. I was very happy with the job, Joe, (Adam's crew cheif), did, and cleanup. It's important to mention that they got right in and efficiently finished the job, before the rain came again the next day. I was very happy with their services, and would definitely use them again.

We started off with a miscommunication on the date of service but things happen. Our ranch roof was complete within 8 hrs with 3 layers of shingles that had to be removed. 99% of the debris was picked up from the yard. I found some here and there which was expected. If you're looking for a new roof, I highly recommend this company.
